About project

Remote platform for hypothesis testing and analysis of biomedical data

Cancer is the main problem of modern medicine, particularly in view of the rapid progress in treatment or cardiovascular diseases. Multivariate analysis of molecular data is emerging as a tool to understand the complexity of cancer and its response to therapy. This gives hope for early and accurate diagnosis, and optimized and personalized treatment of cancer. The aim of the project is to develop and build a platform for remote verification of research hypotheses and effective analysis of new and archived data for cancer research. Multi-version data model will provide access to research results of diverse origins and dimensions, and will allow their extensive use in diagnosis and treatment. Virtualization and security of transmissions will allow users to work remotely. Molecular data supplemented with clinical data will be used to develop new clinical recommendations.
